- 492,000 BTU natural gas; 564,000 BTU liquid propane

- Twelve burners with individual gas valves for optimum heat control and reduced gas consumption during downtime

- Multiple burners allow more than one meal to be cooked at a time; creates rapid recovery times

- Pilot flame failure shuts off gas flow if pilot light goes out

- Achieves temperatures up to 650 degrees Fahrenheit

- Gas manifold construction maintains cooler safety valve temperatures for increased reliability

- Scrap chute and and 2 1/2" outer rim keep sauces and food scraps from entering the unit

- Scrap is collected in a wheeled bin within the unit's body

- Double wall body is constructed of a 10 gauge mild steel interior with an 18 gauge stainless steel exterior

- 2" rigid fiberglass insulation

- Cross-braced legs for added support

- Includes pressure regulator
