Measuring 7 3/4" x 3 1/4", this knife's blade is welded to a comfortable, hollow handle for a firm grip, but it is lightweight enough to be used for extended periods of time during the food prep process.     I definitely recommend this knife. I've owned this knife for a couple months now and while there is an adjustment period once you get used to it, this will probably be the only knife you need (except maybe a small paring knife). You can mince, chop, slice, use the stainless steel handle as a makeshift pestle, etc... it's an extremely versatile knife. Don't use this on bones though despite how it looks it is not a meat/bone cleaver. So fruit, veggies and boneless meats and seafood are your best bet

    Excellent quality, exactly as described! Light weight, easy to handle and sharp! I love that it's stainless steel so there are no rust worries. I'm very satisfied and would buy again. Highly recommended! Five stars!

    i will call this a life saver in my kitchen, i use this to prep all my fishes and chicken, i buy all my stuff in bulk ,i need to come home to deal with the cleaning, since i dont ve the electric machine, this help me alot in cutting bones

    It may be a light-blade, but it handles tough jobs like a pro. It is still light weight enough that I can use it for even small tasks like mincing onions and peppers.
