    This is a great cover for open steamer baskets. It allows you to control the amount of steam for cooking. I like to put it on in the beginning of cooking and remove it about half way through cooking for the perfect steamed broccoli with chicken.

    This is a nice and large aluminum steamer cover! It is great for quick cooking of fresh vegetables or even making the perfect white rice!!!
