Customer questions about this product
- When I mixed this syrup with hot milk or cream, it caused it to curdle – why?
- These syrups get their delicious taste from natural flavors, meaning they also have varying levels of citric acid. Syrup flavors based on naturally acidic items, such as lemons, limes, and other fruits, will have more citric acid; when mixed with hot dairy products, it may occasionally produce the curdling that you’re seeing.
To prevent this from happening, try a slightly different way of preparing the drink. Mix the syrup into the espresso, and then steam the milk separately – this will keep the syrup and the dairy products separate for as long as possible, and minimize the chance of curdling.
Bring all new flavors to your specialty drink menu with this Torani blueberry flavoring syrup! This tempting flavor will complement your beverages without overpowering them or being too sweet, while the user-friendly bottle will be convenient for your busy baristas to use. Torani flavoring syrups are specially formulated to resist curdling in milk and to hold up well under heat, making them the perfect choice for espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee or tea, and more. Use this flavor for frappes, iced coffees, smoothies, and even baking!
Infuse your drinks and desserts with the refreshing flavor of hand-picked blueberry fruit. It can also bring a taste of summer to your cocktail hour or mixed drink menu. Discover new Torani recipes for this flavoring syrup, including a blue note raspberry soda, blueberry lemonade, fresh berry compote, and more!

Overall User Rating: Torani 750 mL Blueberry Flavoring Syrup ( 4.2 stars from 6 reviews )
Great product. The blueberry flavor is not overpowering but perfectly sweet. We use in in a variety of drinks and we place it in some of our sauces that ask for flavoring. Will order again.

Honestly, not a fan. This honestly tastes more like grape flavor than blueberry. I tried it in lemonade, italian soda and in some soft drinks, but it took so many pumps to impart any real flavor that it made the whole beverage too syrup-y sweet. It would've been nice as a grape flavor, but as grape doesn't really fit our menu, I would not reorder this flavor. This is literally the only Torani syrup I've found that doesn't translate well.

Not really a fan of the blueberry, even in Italian sodas, however it is ordered for soda and coffee often enough to have it on hand and continue to carry it. It's hot or miss but I feel like there is a combo out there for it...just haven't found it yet.

OMG!! So good in a latte mixed with Torani Cupcake syrup. We call it the "blueberry muffin". We also use it mixed with raspberry in our Italian sodas or as an add on to our green tea.

The blueberry syrup by Torani is delicious whether mixed with mocha or in a refreshingly bubbly Italian soda. Many of our customers have combined it with pomegranate.
