This Taylor Precision 9521 infrared, non-contact thermometer performs HACCP- level surface temperature measurements at receiving and monitors surface temperatures during cooking.

This thermometer also checks hot holding and serving temperatures, plus it ensures uniform storage temperatures. The Taylor 9521 has a temperature range from -58 degrees Fahrenheit to 750 degrees Fahrenheit and it operates on one, 9-volt battery that is included. Fast, 1 second response time.
