This Taylor Precision 9306 infrared thermometer also comes with a 4" long probe, which stays secured to the side of the unit until it's needed! This versatile, waterproof thermometer allows you to check surface temperatures with the infrared thermometer, which has a temperature range of -67 to 572 degrees Fahrenheit, and internal temperatures with the 4" long probe, which has a temperature range of -67 to 626 degrees Fahrenheit.

This Taylor 9306 thermometer has min/max and hold features and an auto-shutoff extends the battery life (powered by 2-AAA batteries which are included). One additional handy feature is its HACCP check light warning system, which alerts the user to potential HACCP violations!
