This Tablecraft 242.8525.18 7" offset, wavy-edge sandwich knife has a ground blade that is highly durable and exceptional at "holding an edge". This blade goes through a special hardening process that results in excellent corrosion resistance. This knife is NSF approved and has a sanitary white poly handle. The wavy blade makes short work of sandwich and bread slicing. The offset blade keeps knuckles from hitting the cutting surface. This is one of our most popular knives.
