This Tablecraft 242.3467.30 12" granton- edge, wide slicing knife has a stainless steel ground blade that is highly durable and exceptional at "holding an edge". The granton edge is used to break suction, allowing smooth even slicing. This blade goes through a special hardening process that results in excellent corrosion resistance. This knife has a molded, poly handle that provides a comfortable and secure grip.
