The Tablecraft 011611 is a 12" granton edge straight replacement blade for the Tablecraft EK7 cordless electric knife. Its 12" length allows for versatility beyond the standard 7" long blades. The new blade will attach into the handle of the old unit, extending the life of the entire unit.
