An often hard to find item, superfine bar sugar is a necessity for your bar, lounge or drink stand. Superfine, or castor, sugar is granulated sugar that is ground very fine during processing. This makes the sugar dissolve much faster than standard sugar.

Many cocktail recipes call for superfine sugar such as mojito's, Tiki drinks and a variety of rum based beverages. Superfine sugar also makes a great sweetener for your iced tea, or even coffee and hot tea. Superfine sugar is called for in many baking recipes as well. Scones, short breads, cakes and cookies bake to perfection using superfine sugar. Sold in a convenient 16 oz. canister.
