This convection oven features a spacious 29"W x 24"D x 24"H oven chamber, with a porcelainized interior and coved corners for easy cleaning. Interior oven lighting provides great visibility, and it comes with five adjustable chrome plated oven racks. A 2 speed fan with window is mounted in the left door, and a solid state control with 60-minute timer helps even the busiest kitchens and bakeries keep track of their culinary creations. This is a great bread baking oven! I love making fresh dinner rolls and corn bread in this oven! Good for setting up mobile kitchens for catering!!!
