propane or natural gas configurations.
Energy-efficient and cost-effective, the
Cleveland SteamCraft Gemini 10 model
gas-fired steamer utilizes advanced
technology and innovated features for
superior performance. Two separate and
independent cooking compartments with
their own steam generators allow for
flexibility in cooking. Each compartment
features its own controls, gas valve, and
water level controls--no shared
components!
The 24-CGA-10.2 is
constructed of solid 14-gague stainless
steel for superior durability, with a sleek,
smooth exterior for easy cleaning.
Each cooking chamber uses an exclusive,
high-efficiency gas power burner that
produces more steam faster, for speedy
cooking and lower operating costs. Up to
72,000 BTU's input per compartment!
Additionally, patented high-velocity steam
jets circulate a high volume of steam
naturally throughout the chamber without
using trouble-prone fans.
Additional features like easy access
cleaning ports, remote automatic water
level controls, a 60-minute
electromechanical timer for each
compartment, and deliming indicator lights
make the Cleveland SteamCraft Gemini 10
simple to operate and
maintain.
The Cleveland 24-CGA-
10.2 can hold up to ten 2 1/2" deep full-size
steam pans (5 per chamber). The doors of
the 24-CGA-10.2 have a two-piece
compartment and a reversible gasket for
leak-proof, airtight seal, and a
compartment steam shut-off switch that
activates when its door is openened.
Dimensions of the Cleveland 24-CGA-10.2
are 24"W x 65 1/2"H x 33 1/2"D. Also
requires a 120V/1 phase electrical
connection.
