effective, the Cleveland SteamCraft Ultra 5
model countertop electric steamer utilizes
advanced technology and innovated
features for superior
performance.
The 21CET16 is
constructed of solid 14-gague stainless
steel for superior durability, with a sleek,
smooth exterior for easy cleaning. Its
interior cooking chamber is "coved" to
maximize steam circulation and simplify
cleaning. Plus, the tops and bottoms are
sloped to eliminate excess moisture
buildup.
A unique, durable flat bar
heating element and patented high-velocity
steam jets heat water quickly and circulate
a high volume of steam naturally, without
using trouble-prone
fans.
Features like a 5 gallon
generator reservoir, an easy-access
cleaning port, and remote automatic water
level controls, and a deliming indicator
light make the Cleveland SteamCraft Ultra
5 simple to operate and
maintain.
The Cleveland 21CET16
can hold up to five 2 1/2" deep full-size
steam pans. The door of the 21CET16 has
a two-piece compartment and a reversible
gasket for leak-proof, airtight seal.
