warmer works by keeping menu

temperature and texture until
they're ready to be served.
The heavy-duty drawer slides
on the rails, and the SDW1
incorporates 14-gauge
stainless steel and a
stainless steel roller ball
for years of worry-free
operation. The SDW1 also
supports a standard 12" x 20"
x 6" stainless steel pan. The
SDW1 has a single temperature
control, a temperature range
of 100 degrees Fahrenheit to 200 degrees
Fahrenheit, and the
LED light displays make
reading the temperature easy.
The SDW1 also has a positive
drawer catch system for a
lock-tight fit, an individual
drawer control for ideal
moisture and crispness, and
can be stacked up to four
drawers high without the need
for a stacking kit. The SDW1
measures 29 1/4"W x 21
13/16"D x 11 1/4"H. Comes
with a one-year parts and
labor warranty.
