The Star SDW1 single drawer warmer keeps your bread, rolls, vegetables, and meats moist and flavorful at just the right temperature until they're ready to be served. It features one drawer with heat, moisture, and crispness controls that can accommodate a full size sheet pan filled with your most popular foods.
With 475 watts of heating power and electronic temperature controls that range from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, you can adjust this versatile warmer to meet the specific needs of any food. For years of worry-free operation, the heavy duty drawer slides are made of 14 gauge stainless steel and use a stainless steel roller ball. The whole unit is mounted on 4" legs.

First time I have purchased this item, but have many bought many Star items in the past. I expect great results with this unit like all other products from Star.
