The Star-Max 630FD countertop gas fryer features a heavy-duty, 30 lb., nickel plated steel kettle and comes with a front access drain valve. The high-performance burners on the Star-Max 630FD are designed with copper-plated kettle fins for even heat distribution and optimal heat transfer. The 630FD has a snap action thermostat that ranges from 200 degrees Fahrenheit to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and can produce up to 70,000 BTU's. Choose fuel type. NSF Listed.
