The Star-Max 530TED-208/240V has an adjustable, high-limit, snap-on thermostat for accuracy and instant response to temperature changes. Other useful features include an immersion type tubular element with a swing up control housing for easy cleanup, and signal lights and front-mounted on-off switch for visual control.
Each pot has its own temperature controls to maximize your results. Plus, you can turn one down or even off during off-peak times to increase the oil's life and conserve energy!
