Use the Star Max 526CMA-CUL cheese melter to toast sandwiches, melt cheese, or even brown the top of casseroles right before serving to achieve optimum taste and appearance! Its forced convection system keeps the exterior of this countertop cheese melter cool to the touch, and increases productivity by circulating pre-heated air around the oven chamber.

Two quartz infrared elements provide faster, more consistent heating than metal elements, and the unit's 5 shelf positions allow precise height adjustment for finishing entrees. A 15 minute timer helps you achieve perfect results every time. The Star Max 526CMA-CUL two plate finishing oven is energy efficient too, with a power-saver function that reduces energy consumption.
