The Star Grill-Max Pro 20SC hot dog roller grill comes standard with exclusive Duratec coated rollers. The Duratec coating provides an excellent non-stick roller cooking surface for today's high volume operations. Duratec also dramatically improves "roll ability" for non-uniform products like taquitos, egg rolls and other roller grilled items.
The Star Grill-Max Pro 20SC has a high-performance motor, designed for 24/7 operation and features a unique chain tension system which allows for more efficient and fluid roller movement.
The motor maintains a continuous 360 degrees of rotation of the 11 rollers, for even cooking and holding. The Grill-Max Pro 20SC hot dog roller grill can cook up to 160 hot dogs per hour. An industry first Dual Seal system prevents grease and food particles from entering the drive casing by placing an internal and external seal at the end of each roller.
Easy access control knobs provide sectional heating for both the front and rear rollers and adjust from 180 to 245 degrees Fahrenheit. Infinite temperature controls provide more linear heat control for better performance compared to standard hot dog roller grills.
The unique stadium seating slanted roller design provides the best presentation of your products to help increase sales. The Star Grill-Max Pro 20SC requires a 120V electrical connection.
