Star's Pro-Max CG14IGTB grooved top smooth bottom cast iron plate Panini grill can prepare sandwiches, chicken breasts, hamburgers, and a variety of other menu items in your restaurant, cafe, concession stand, bar, or wherever you need high performance cooking.
Its durable, 18 gauge stainless steel exterior with a grooved cast iron top plate and a smooth bottom plate will give you years of dependable service, while a Pro-Lift hinge system accommodates product up to 3" thick while exerting the proper amount of pressure for perfect results!. The Star Pro-Max CG14IGTB grooved top smooth bottom cast iron Panini grill is UL and CE listed, and requires a 208/240V electrical connection. A 6' cord and NEMA 6-15P plug are included.
