Its durable, 18 gauge stainless steel exterior with grooved cast iron plates will give you years of dependable service, while a Pro-Lift hinge system accommodates product up to 3" thick while exerting the proper amount of pressure for perfect results!. The Star Pro-Max CG14IB grooved cast iron Panini grill is UL and CE listed, and requires a 208/240V electrical connection. A 6' cord and NEMA 6-15P plug are included.
