Star's Pro-Max CG14E Panini grill can prepare sandwiches, chicken breasts, hamburgers, and a variety of other menu items in your restaurant, cafe, concession stand, bar, or wherever you need high performance cooking. Its electronic programmable timer with LED displays counts down the cooking time taking the guess work out of preparing food and is equipped with an audible alarm to signal when the timer reaches zero.
Its durable, 18 gauge stainless steel exterior with grooved aluminum plates will give you years of dependable service. The Pro-Lift hinge mechanism is constructed of hardened aluminum for strength and durability. Its special design lifts parallel to the bottom plate for 3" before rotating up, so the thinnest tortillas and thickest sandwiches will cook evenly. The Star Pro-Max CG14E grooved aluminum plate Panini grill with electronic timer is UL and CE listed.
