With four removable wire racks, this high performance countertop convection oven can hold four, full size sheet pans. Its reversible high performance dual fans and heating elements distribute heat evenly throughout the baking chamber, with a temperature adjustment range from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. With the connection of a water line (sold separately), this convection oven's steam injection system allows you to add humidity to the baking chamber, keeping menu items moist and delicious.
The Star CCOF-4 full size countertop convection oven has a double pane tempered glass door for excellent heat retention and product visibility. The door's heavy duty hinge mechanism stands up to years of use, and can be removed without tools for cleaning. A convenient interlock switch turns off the blower fan when the door is opened, which helps minimize heat loss in the oven and keeps your kitchen cooler.
This full size countertop convection oven is made of stainless steel inside and out. It is UL Listed, and comes with a NEMA 6-30P plug. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
