This Star BG3 griddle features a compact, totally portable design that requires only 24" of countertop space, making it ideal for both front and back-of-the-house cooking at your short-order kitchen or buffet. Perfect for preparing popular breakfast, lunch, or dinner items, the Star BG3 portable griddle's adjustable thermostat provides accurate temperature control from 100 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Its 3/8" thick cast aluminum griddle plate heats up and recovers quickly to help you keep up during peak hours. A rear grease trough and a convenient grease drawer make clean up quick and easy! The Star BG3 portable griddle is UL and NSF Listed. It requires a 120V electrical connection, and comes with a 6' power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
