The Star 630FD countertop fryer features a heavy-duty, 30 lb., nickel plated steel kettle and comes with a front access drain valve. The high- performance burner on the 630FD is designed with copper- plated kettle fins for even heat distribution and optimal heat transfer. The 630FD has a thermostat that ranges from 200 degrees Fahrenheit to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and can produce 70,000 BTU's when fueled with natural gas and 65,000 BTU's with liquid propane.
