The Star 615FD countertop fryer features a heavy-duty, 15 lb., nickel plated steel kettle and comes with a front access drain valve. The high- performance burner on the 615FD is designed with copper- plated kettle fins for even heat distribution and optimal heat transfer. The 615FD has a snap action thermostat that ranges from 200 degrees Fahrenheit to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and can produce 30,000 BTU's.
