To help maintain proper holding temperatures no matter what you're selling, the Star 18MCPT countertop pizza merchandiser features an adjustable infinite temperature control up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit with a forced air system that circulates air throughout the cabinet. The two stainless steel shelves are individually heated, keeping pizza and other menu items ready to serve hot, fresh, and fast! Plus, the "Fresh & Fast" graphic on the plastic top and two 60 watt lights help showcase the food to enhance impulse sales.
The Star 18MCPT countertop pizza merchandiser is constructed of heavy-duty aluminum. The pass-through doors are made of crystal clear glass for optimum visibility and have full length handles to endure heavy use.
