To help maintain proper holding temperatures no matter what you're selling, the Star 12MCPT display / merchandiser features an adjustable infinite temperature control up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit with a forced air system that circulates air throughout the cabinet. It has two adjustable shelves that can be aligned in either flat or angled positions for a variety of display options. Plus, the "Fresh & Fast" graphic on the plastic top and a 100 watt interior light help showcase the food to build impulse sales.
The Star 12MCPT hot food display / merchandiser is constructed of heavy-duty aluminum. The pass-through doors are made of crystal clear glass for optimum visibility and have full length handles to endure heavy use.
