Once you've heated the cheese, you can keep it warm and serve it straight from the #10 can, or pour it into an 11 qt. bain marie (not included) for easy serving! The pump enables easy dispensing and portion control, and the temperature is easy to modulate thanks to its adjustable thermostat.
