This Spring USA SM-181R MAX Induction built-in cook and hold induction range was designed with innovation and optimal performance in mind. This range can quickly and precisely reach a maximum heat of 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 204 degrees Celsius. This range is equipped with 1800W of heating power and exclusive SmartScan® technology, which assures the temperature is correct for precise cooking and improved energy-efficiency. This feature also includes over / under voltage protection, as well as pan size and pan type recognition to protect your pans from damage and food from burning.

With a fast response surface, this range prevents surges or spikes in temperature when moving the pan through sauteing or tossing. The automatic pan recovery recognizes pans as you lift or tilt them from the surface during cooking and adjusts to your movements - mimicking the benefits of cooking on a gas range without the flash point or price point.

This range has a durable construction, with a stainless steel, stick-resistant body, and a thick 5mm tempered glass surface. Complete with a silicone protective top seal, this range is built to withstand rough use in commercial environments. It also includes a mounting bracket and leveling screws for easy flush mounting to most countertop surfaces. The detachable control box features 20 different temperature settings that are controlled by a knob, allowing you to adjust the heat easily and precisely between 110 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or between 43 and 204 degrees Celsius.

With a convenient power on / off touch pad, a lighted temperature indicator, and a pan-present indicator light, this range is simple and safe to use. For added safety and ease of use, this model also features a 7' power cord. The cooking surface can accommodate a 14-16" pot/pan. For optimum performance, allow 4" of clearance from the front and sides of the unit and 7" below the unit for air circulation. This range is compatible with a wide range of induction-ready cookware and requires a 110-120V electrical connection.
