This flat, spiral, dough hook is designed for use on 30 qt. Hobart mixers, like the Hobart D-300. The efficient spiral design provides smoother mixer operation, especially when mixing doughs. This spiral dough hook is made of cast aluminum.

Not compatible with Hobart Legacy series Mixers.

    Our bakers were very pleased with the quality of this dough hook. It works great. Best of all, was the price. Far below others looked at. Other shop owners have told me they really like WEBstaurant product also.
