This flat, spiral, dough hook is designed for use on 30 qt. Hobart mixers, like the Hobart D-300. The efficient spiral design provides smoother mixer operation, especially when mixing doughs. This spiral dough hook is made of cast aluminum.

Please Note: This dough hook is NOT compatible with the Hobart Legacy series of mixers.
