By Robert Karan The Webstaurant store saved my Christmas Eve Dinner. After trying 1 of these pans I ordered additional pans for delivery prior to Christmas and Fedex lost my package. I called Webstaurant customer service to tell them of my problem and they were outstanding. A replacement order was shipped out that day with next day delivery all at no additional charges and the pans arrived proir to Christmas Eve, just in time for the prep of dinner. Many thanks to Webstaurant for outstanding service and a sucessful dinner. by the way the pans are great.
