By Robert Karan The Webstaurant store saved my Christmas Eve Dinner. After trying 1 of these pans I ordered additional pans for delivery prior to Christmas and Fedex lost my package. I called Webstaurant customer service to tell them of my problem and they were outstanding. A replacement order was shipped out that day with next day delivery all at no additional charges and the pans arrived proir to Christmas Eve, just in time for the prep of dinner. By Linell Deramos From Home Maker These are my go to baking pans. I use them to bake and roast everything. I've made meatloaf, cookies, and even roast my whole chicken on it. They heat evenly, making them perfect for my macaroon cookies. You can use them as it or line them with parchment paper. They are a 1/2 sheet size, so they fit inside your oven at home. The larger full size pans don't usually fit into a conventional home oven.
By Mike Jacobsen This cookie sheet is great for baking cookies especially but all products that require baking. I have never had any trouble with hot spots on the sheet. Whatever I am cooking, it is always evenly cooked. |
