When the need arises to bake breads that have a high degree of yeast in them and rise a lot, this pan takes the cake, so to speak. I have owned my pan for over a year and it still drops the loaves out perfectly every time I use it!

Historically I was never much of a fan of aluminum bread pans but these Vallrath pans changed my mind. They literally bake a perfect loaf every time!

This pan is perfect for making pudding in. When the need arises to have pudding on hand for catering orders or its the season, I always reach for this pan. Really a great, high quality product!

This 2 lb bread pan makes a great loaf. I find it particularly useful in making breads that require lower heat than the breads that are better with the steel alternatives. Great to have on hand either way.

Personally, I have found that the size of the loaf of bread this pan makes to not be all that useful. That being said when I do need to make a bigger loaf of bread, this pan is great and makes a great loaf every time!
