By Richard Wyatt From Master Salons This machine is awesome. We run a small cafe beside our salon and sell a lot of cappuccino and hot chocolate. This thing gets a workout and has held up great. It must have a water line connected, but that was not a major challenge. Once connected, we were up and running in about 30 minutes- that is about how long it took the tank heater to get the water hot. The hoppers are easy to fill and it mixes well. We highly recommend this machine.
