By Sharon Gerle This knife was bought for the purpose of slicing bars of my homemade goat milk soap. It needed to be long enough to fit all the way across the cutting box. It works well for the purpose in which it was intended for.How it will stand up for the length of time will be seen, but I have no doubt it will. Thanks
By Not Entered Very few products give "bang for the buck" but this is one of them. Got mine for $18.26 at Bed Bath & Beyond with a 20% off coupon and a price match...don't spend big bucks on a name...get this one!

By Not Entered A great knife. I have used this knife for about 5 years and it is one of the best knives I have used, especially for the price. I am a big guy, so the 10" works well for me, but I would trust any of these Forschner knives.
