Many inexpensive shelves have thin wires, placed far apart, and really won't hold up. Regency is different. Regency uses heavy gauge wire, and a lot of them. They're welded at close intervals, and there is even a central beam underneath that increases the strength substanially. Cheap shelves will never have this critical feature.
