I tried these because I'm tired of fighting with parchment paper but honestly didn't think I would like them. I have to say they are the best thing ever invented for baking! Everything I've baked on them comes right off the liner without a fight and it wipes clean with ease! I'm ordering some for every baker I know!

These non-stick reusable half size teflon baking mats are just what the description says. Each mat stands up to frequent use. I purchased these over a year ago and use them every time I bake, using the 18 guage half sheet pans that I also purchased from the Webstaurant Store. The mats stand-up to hand washing or a home dishwasher (I do not know how they would stand-up to a commercial dishwasher). Even a simple wipe down is all that is needed on occasion, depending on my usage of the mats.

Very good product. Makes sense to buy these and save money vs. rolls of foil. Just wash with warm soapy water and ready to reuse! Will be purchasing again.

The best reusable baking mats for the price. They wash great and last a long time. Bend a little bit in a convection ovens, but you just have to make sure to put items in sheet corners.
