I had been trying to find anyone who used it online for a while but hadn't so I decided to take the plunge. This product is a Godsend for my business! This solved my problem of finding a way to bake full sheets of brownies without the edges burning or the brownies spilling over the sides. The only problem I have is that since they are so light, I do have some batter on the sides. Not enough to cause any concern, but it does happen. Parchment paper solved that problem. Just line the pan with butter and overlay the parchment paper on top of the butter, butter up the inside of the pan extender, and set on top of the paper, pour in your batter, and presto. Seems like a bit of extra work, but it is a quick permanent solution to my baking problem.

We had never tried these before. Took a chance on 6 and ordered another 6 once we tried them. They assist in even baking and very appealing sides. No more of that descending edge look. We have prepared & cooked Corn Bread, Butter Cake, Chocolate Cake and brownies in them. They work great and are well made.
