By ROBERT RUBLE If you're a fan of high-performance equipment in a residential kitchen, then the Waring WPG300 Panini Ottimo is for you. It weighs 75 pounds, most of which is due to the 2 upper and 1 lower grooved cast iron plates. Plenty of 'thermal mass' is available for the 3,200 watts of heat power to deeply penetrate sandwiches, chicken, steaks, etc. We use ours on top of the stove to make use of the vent hood. Two hundred & forty volts ROCKS!
