I first seen this knife at one of the Subway sandwich places in the city and I usually keep a sharp eye to the utensils and the supplies that they use at the commercial establishments, so I decided that I have to have this knife because the Subway "Sandwich Artist" used this knife very easy and effortlessly. I couldn't find this knife at any store in the city, so when I found Web Restaurant Store, I immediately bought this knife. When I finally tried this knife I was not disappointed: the knife is very light and it cuts the bread very effortlessly. Soft bread or hard bread, the knife cuts it with ease.
