I have used the stoves doing several cooking demonstrations and they operated flawlessly. I also used one during a cooking competition with a large 30 gallon pot, it handled the weight of the pot and it's contents just fine. i would recommend this stove because of the brass burner, believe it will greatly increase the stoves life.
By Curtis Cootware We use two of these plates. We don't need a dedicated stove, but a couple of burners increast our functionality. This is a well built device, with simple controls, and its closed chassis makes cleanup a snap.
