By Larry Johnson From Big League BBQ These bags are GREAT. I use them to inject and rub my Pork Butts, Chicken, Ribs, Brisket, Tenderloins, etc and then store them overnight in the refrigerator. They hold 3 or 4 Butts depending on the size of the meat. |
