By Cynthia Bilhartz Wow. What a great basting brush for high temperature baking or grilling. It holds and spreads heavy sauces like barbecue sauce easily on ribs or brisket. I've also basted turkeys with it and slathered melted butter on hot loaves of bread with it. It is so easy to clean up with hot water, or I also just throw it in the dishwasher when I'm busy. This is a good quality, good value brush.
