Canvas exterior, plastic coated interior gives you a tough bag that can manage even stiff choux without any worry over bursting seams as I've done on several lower quality bags. Will definitely recommend.

My husband bought them for me as a gift and I was a little worried about the size but they are great for being able to decorate cakes. The only thing that you would be better for a larger sized bag would be for boarders or whipping cream.
