By Vivian Viverito From Chez Vivian I officially LOVE LOVE LOVE this pot. I am a residential customer who makes my own chicken stock every couple of months and freezes it. My previous 20 qt pot had no pasta insert. It was always precarious to wrestle it over to the sink and strain the stock through a sieve into bowls. There was always spillage and sometimes I got burned, even if I had someone helping me. Now, no more of those problems, and no more extra dirty bowls to wash. Great, great purchase. FYI: I can fit 15 lbs of chicken backs, 2 lbs of carrots, 2 bunches of celery, 6 onions, plus herbs into the insert. |
