This knife was bought for the purpose of slicing bars of my homemade goat milk soap. It needed to be long enough to fit all the way across the cutting box. It works well for the purpose in which it was intended for.How it will stand up for the length of time will be seen, but I have no doubt it will. Thanks

Great Airpot for the money. I did a lot of research and found this one to be about the cheapest. We've been using it for about a month and it's doing well. We love the orange lever...saves any decaf confusion.
