By Diana Babcock Professional feel/made Pizza peel. Nice wood, and extra long handle make this sturdy peel a great buy. Easily slip in pizza's and remove from the oven with no need for hot pads or burned hands.
By richard perle This peel is great for breads as well as pizza and comes at a very good price. Be sure to measure oven--I had to trim an inch of either side because I wanted maximum for my oven.
