Not only is this meet tenderizer great for pounding out chicken breasts and other meats, it also works really well for crushing nuts (if I try to chop them with a knife, they usually make a huge mess). Heavy enough to get the job done, but not too heavy that my arm gets tired.

Works great. This meat tenderizer has the right amount of weight on the head to be very efficient. We use it for veal and chicken on a regular basis and it seems like a product i wont have to replace for a very long time.
