By wesley ovre From Morton Pub If you run a char-grill, do not neglect to change your old burned out rock once in awhile. If you've got hot spots and cold spots, or getting a lot of sandy residue in your water pan, it's time to change it or at least add to it. Very good pricing on this! You can even offer it for sale to your customers for their home grills.
